3. The envelope must be properly sealed and not bear any name or mark indicating the identity of the sender.

(c) provide Pugh & Co with relevant identification documentation in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 such as photographic identification to be specified by Pugh & Co and proof of address being not less than three months old or in the case of a company relevant identification documentation of one of the directors all copies of which should be certified by a solicitor. Pugh & Co may request additional information and this must be provided before 10.00 hrs Monday 31st August 2020.

5. Lancashire County Council does not undertake to accept the highest, or any tender offer, and only unqualified tenders of a specific amount will be considered.

6. Unsuccessful Tenderers will be notified in writing and have their deposit payment returned to them.
