However, we understand the original consent included the requirement for submission of a number of reserved matters, specific to development of the land offered for sale, and as those reserve matters were not submitted, the outline consent applicable to the site being offered subsequently lapsed due to the associated time contraints.

The original outline consent was granted by Sunderland City Council under Application 10/01549/OUT published in October 2010.
