Planning consent for the internal refurbishment to the existing farmhouse together with the repair of doors and windows, demolition of a 20th century extension and provision of a patio and garden area where the extension is removed was granted on 25th June 2019 under Application 18/02531/LBC. This permission is currently still valid.
