Our client has made representations, via their appointed advisors, to the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework Consultation process seeking to have the site removed from the Green Belt entirely or to allow for affordable residential development as an exception within the Green Belt, under the 2019 NPPF. Representations have also been made to the LPA current review of its Brownfield Register with a view to the sites inclusion.
