1. In order to implement the consent additional land is required currently under the ownership of Lancaster City Council. The Vendor has had discussions with them and they have indicated in principle that they would be prepared to sell this land. However interested parties should satisfy themselves in this regard. There is copy correspondence from the Council dated 16th November where they have proposed terms of sale within the Legal Pack. 2. The OCE to the Title Register indicate that there are restrictive covenants in favour of the Blackburn Diocesan Board of Finance Limited.
