Over £6M sold at our April online property auction

Our April property auction took place last week, filled with a wide range of exciting and unique lots, competitive bidding and fantastic results.

The April catalogue was viewed online over 70,000 times and we had over 250 registered bidders - resulting in 860 total bids across the two days. As a result, we helped our clients and joint agents achieve sales of over £6Million.

Pugh managing director Paul Thompson said: Our April property auction was a great success with some outstanding results for our clients'. With over 80 lots included in the auction, we once again managed to exceed our client's expectations with many lots selling well above the reserve.

"Our team is still busy working on some post-auction sales, so if you're interested in purchasing any of the remaining lots that are still available, make sure you get in touch. If you’re interested in selling  a property at one of our upcoming auctions, give the team a call on 0345 505 1200 and we will be happy to discuss your options.
