Over £1.4M sold on behalf of Local Authorities in our April & May online auctions

A number of Local Authority owned assets went under the virtual hammer in our April and May online auctions, with many selling for well over their guide price.
The auctions included sales on behalf of Lancashire County Council, Bradford Council and Duchy of Lancaster and we saw a particularly high demand for these lots, with some attracting in excess of 100 bids.
Across the April and May auctions, we sold over 85% of the lots offered on behalf of our Local Authority Clients, achieving a total combined sales figure of over £1.4 million. Our results go against the general market narrative and provide an excellent independent benchmark for those considering selling at this time.
Despite the wider challenges, we think it's safe to say that property continues to be an attractive asset and we have a tried and tested online delivery mechanism which ensures we are able to continue to deliver a high quality national auction service to our clients.
Our 25 years of industry success together with being the preferred supplier for many large local authorities across the UK, along with our most recent online auction successes. reinforces us as the Local Authority property experts.
We can provide you with the ideal way to guarantee receiving the very best price for your assets and, as always, you will benefit from fantastic marketing exposure due to the fact our online auctions are available to everyone in any location.
