Latest online auction sees Pugh & Co maintain 100 percent record

Pugh & Co’s latest online property auction, which included three plots of land in Croyden, Kent and Knottingley, saw them maintain their 100 per cent success rate since launching the platform earlier this year.

Following a competitive bidding process, with offers received from across the UK, the three plots of land sold for over 16 times the combined guide price, achieving a final combined sales figure of £48,200.

This follows Pugh & Co’s other online auctions, where they have successfully sold all lots offered for a variety of clients including Homes England.

Paul Thompson, Managing Director, said: “We are naturally thrilled to have retained our 100% online sales success rate, but we’re delighted by the level of interest generated and how this translated into tangible bids throughout the auction and a high final sale price for the client.

“Land lots have performed exceptionally well of late, and the result of this auction proves this furthermore. We regularly sell property and land from all over the UK and the nature of our online-only service is non-geographic. It offers clients outside of our core regions an additional level of confidence and it is due to this that our client base is continuing to grow.

“We’re pleased with the traction of the online platform and look forward to increasing our property volumes over our upcoming auctions.”

Pugh & Co also sells an extensive range of property from across the UK at its room auctions, which take place throughout the year at prestigious venues the AJ Bell Stadium and Elland Road football stadium in Manchester and Leeds respectively. Follow this link to see all upcoming auction dates.
