Former Chester city centre Burger King sold at auction

A former Burger King fast food premises in Chester city centre  sold at Pugh & Co's April online auction for £342,000.

Burger King closed the doors to its city centre branch for good back in late 2019 and the approximately 232sqm property was offered with vacant possession.

It is situated in the heart of the city centre and has the potential to suit a variety of future uses, subject to consents.

The vacant Foregate Street property, which had been given a starting price of £250,000, went under the hammer last week.

The property received a lot of pre-auction interest and received a total of 26 bids on auction day.
