£2000 Bradford House sells for a lot more in our February online auction
A three bedroom property in Bradford which had a guide price of £2,000 ended up selling for £60,000 in our February online auction.
The house on Hawkshead Drive in the BD5 area of Bradford has not been lived in for months and has suffered considerable water damage.
It is located in a residential area around one mile south of Bradford city centre. The property itself is on a side road which is just off Manchester Road, one of the busiest routes into the city.

The property attracted a lot of pre-auction attention, generating over 300 enquiries and over 130 pre-auction offers.
On the day, the property received 78 separate bids before the virtual hammer fell at £60,000.
