The new fence is to be erected within three months of completion of the sale.
2. Access to these plots is via Hefferston Grange Drive, although there is no physical access to the land at present. The vendor is expecting documentation from Cheshire West & Chester Council confirming that Hefferston Grange Drive is an unclassified road and therefore does not require planning permission to install a dropped kerb to access this land. Permission to construct’ a dropped kerb is required from the Highways Department and an example application pack which details how this permission is to be made is available for interested parties.
