It is the Local Authorities intention to place a Tree Preservation Order on the site (Two trees northern corner). The Planning Committee hearing date to consider this proposal is scheduled for 23rd February 2010. Upon completion the contractors will leave the site with the footprint of the building covered with hardcore tracked in and all services suitably disconnected or capped.
