Commercial Surveyor Role & Remuneration Package

Package including bonus and car allowance up to £50,000 subject to experience.

The Role

• Advising clients on the sale of Commercial properties by way of Auction.
• Inspection of properties on behalf of clients in order to provide valuations with respect to sales by Auction.
• Dealing with Agency, Landlord & Tenant and Valuation issues.
• Working closely with a successful and active Agency Team.
• Introduce new clients whilst delivering first class service to the existing client’s database.

The Individual

• An outgoing and determined personality with excellent communication skills capable of maximising fee income opportunities.
• RICS qualified preferably with experience within Investment or Agency sectors in the North of England.
• Autonomous and driven with the ability to integrate into a successful and growing team.
• Able to work to company procedures and deliver high level services to fixed timescales.
